So this is pretty much an awesome (and probably my favorite) new feature in Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks Beta. You can now do offline dictation. No longer do you need to be connected to Apple’s (government spy) servers to send your voice to be translated into (Beautiful) text. You can now do it offline. Go to –> System Preferences –> Dictation & Speech. Click the radial button to “On” then click the check mark next to “Use Enhanced Dictation”. After downloading about a 800meg update, you will now have “Enhanced” dictation abilities..(i.e. Offline Dictation).

Wait? Where are the comments?
I turned them off because honestly, I don't care what you have to say.
