Terms & Conditions
All invoices issued for web development, marketing services, consulting, design work, digital products, or related services are considered final and non-refundable once payment has been made.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that the sale is complete and the project or service has officially commenced or been reserved. The sale is considered closed once payment is received, and no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be permitted for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, project scope adjustments, business decisions, or unused services.
Due to the nature of digital services, time allocation, project scheduling, and intellectual work involved in web development and marketing, all payments secure dedicated time, resources, and expertise. As such, all completed payments represent compensation for reserved labor, planning, and professional services.
Any additional work requested beyond the original agreement may require a separate invoice and approval.
By paying the invoice, the client confirms they have reviewed and agreed to these terms.
